Cancellation a Policy;

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.  If you fail to cancel or reschedule prior to the 48-hour period, your booking deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to make an additional deposit to reschedule your appointment. 

Late Policy:

La’Kontour grants a 15 minute grace period to all clients; arrivals after that grace period are considered late and your appointment will automatically be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. No exceptions. 

 

 La’Kontour  wishes to foster and maintain a positive environment at all times; we reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our sole discretion if we feel there is negativity disrupting our environment.
