Remove frost: Take the frozen capsules out of the freezer and remove any frost with your fingers.****Do Not Let Ice Sitout for Long Periods Of Time. Use immediately after cleansing face.

Step 1

Fill capsules: Pour La'Kontour Facial Ice Gel provided in the 2 or 4 oz bottle ordered into the capsules.
Freeze overnight: Place the filled capsules into the freezer and let them freeze overnight.

Step 2

Remove frost: Take the frozen capsules out of the freezer and remove any frost with your fingers.
Start under the eyes: Apply the frozen capsule to the skin starting under the eyes.
Spread evenly: Use your finger to spread the facial ice evenly across your face after using the capsule.
Apply outwardly: Apply the facial ice outwardly across your face for a relaxing and sculpting effect.
Leave on: Leave the La'Kontour Facial Ice on for 15-20 minutes.

Remove Ice: To remove the ice, gently rinse your face with lukewarm water, taking care not to rub or scrub your skin.
