Cancellation Policy
*Refund Policy-All deposits or payments made towards a service or package plan are non- refundable. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment send an email to Lakontourinfo@gmail.com or call (202)-391-4652. Please be sure to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour time frame, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to make an additional deposit to schedule a new appointment. If you are rescheduling a package plan, please refer to your signed agreement form. Refund policy: All payments or deposits that have been made towards a service or treatment package are non- refundable. Late Policy: La’Kontour grants a 15 minute grace period to all clients; arrivals thereafter without notification will automatically be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. La'Kontour is dedicated to keeping all appointment times as scheduled without delay or interruptions as we are booked months in advance. La’Kontour wishes to foster and maintain a positive environment at all times; we reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our sole discretion if we feel there is negativity disrupting our environment.
