Cancellation Policy
*Refund Policy-All deposits or payments made towards a service or package plan are non- refundable. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment send an email to Lakontourinfo@gmail.com or call (202)-391-4652. Please be sure to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour time frame, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to make an additional deposit to schedule a new appointment. If you are rescheduling a package plan, please refer to your signed agreement form. Refund policy: All payments or deposits that have been made towards a service or treatment package are non- refundable. Late Policy: La’Kontour grants a 15 minute grace period to all clients; arrivals thereafter without notification will automatically be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS. La'Kontour is dedicated to keeping all appointment times as scheduled without delay or interruptions as we are booked months in advance.
